MELEK-Engine: getting APIS in four steps, and checking the engine yourself

MELEK-Engine at https://engine.melek.salon is the token layer of MELEK, built the way Hive-Engine is built on Hive. Every engine action is a custom_json operation on the MELEK chain with the id mse-mainnet-melek. The engine reads the chain block by block, applies those operations in order, and keeps the ledger. It holds no keys and signs nothing. APIS is the engine's fee token: creating a token burns APIS. There was no premine and nobody sells it. Mining is the way to get it. Step 1: WMELEK In your wallet (https://wallet.melek.salon), transfer MELEK to wmelek-bridge. Leave the memo empty to receive the WMELEK yourself. After two blocks of confirmation, the same amount of WMELEK appears in your engine wallet. Each WMELEK is backed by one MELEK held by @wmelek-bridge. Step 2: forever-lock In the engine's transaction builder choose Forever-lock and the amount. This moves value, so it needs your active key, used only in your browser, or choose Build JSON and sign in your own wallet. The WMELEK is gone for good. You get the same amount of APIS-Hash: mining power that cannot be sent, sold or unlocked. Only lock what you are content never to have back. Step 3: let it mine The engine mines 1,000 APIS a day in total, falling by 10% each year. Your share equals your share of all APIS-Hash: 1 APIS-Hash out of 10 in total mines 100 APIS a day. Step 4: claim Choose Claim mined APIS and sign. Claiming needs only your posting key. Nothing is lost by waiting. Checking the engine Anyone can replay the chain and get the same ledger. The engine publishes a SHA-256 fingerprint of its state at https://engine.melek.salon/status, so two independent replays can be compared.
